Fast 7 Day Cabbage Fat Burning Diet Plan

For This Best Diet Plan
Make soup of:
5 large onion
2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans whole tomatoes
1 celery bunch
1 large cabbage head
1 soup mixture (lentil- (Lece), wheat, barley and dry pea)
Salt, pepper, parsley and chilly peper ( if you want )
Pour water to cover and cook until vegetables are soften.

You can eat this soup whenever you feel hunger, and how much do you want.
THE MORE YOU EAT MORE WEIGHT YOU LOSE. With this soup you can eat following:

1st DAY: All kinds of fruit except bananas. Watermelon and melon have least calories than other fruit.
Eat only soup and fruit. You can drink tea without sugar, black coffee without sugar, and water.

2nd DAY: All kinds of vegetables as much as you want just as long as you are not hungry. Try to eat leafy vegetables, and avoid stormy, pea, maize…
Reward yourself for dinner with big potato fried on butter. DO NOT EAT FRUIT.
Do not forget to eat soup, at least once a day.

3rd DAY: Eat soup, fruit and vegetables as much as you want. DO NOT EAT FRIED POTATOES.

If you’ve followed the instructions, and didn’t diddled these three days, you will see that you have lost
2-3 kilograms.

4th DAY: Eat up to 3 bananas during the day, soup and drink nonfat milk as much as you want.
Bananas have a lot of calories and carbohydrates, so does milk, and your body will need carbohydrates this day.
DO NOT FORGET TO EAT SOUP.

5th DAY: Beef and tomato. You can eat 300- 600g of beef and up to 6 tomatoes.
Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water so you can wash out the uric acid out of body.DO NOT FORGET TO EAT AT LEAST 1 SOUP TOO.

6th DAY: Beef and vegetables as much as you want, and of course DO NOT FORGET TO EAT SOUP.

7th DAY: Brown rice and vegetables as much as you want. Drink unsweetened fruit juice. Stringently EAT SOUP AS WELL.

At the end of the 7th day, if you’ve followed the instructions you will lose 4.5 – 7.5 kg with this. If you lose more than 7 kg, pause with diet for two days before you start all over. This 7days diet can be used as long as you want. The fact is, if you are following the instruction, you will clean your body and you will feel like never before.
After only seven days, not only you will lose weight, but you will be full of energy.
This quickly fat burning diet , and the secret is that it will burn more calories than it is taken into body.
This diet DOES NOT ALLOW DRINKING ALCOHOL.
You have to stop with diet at least 24 hours before you start drinking alcohol.

Since everyone has different digesting system this diet won’t effect everyone the same way.
After third day you will notice that you have more energy.

DECIDEDLY ILLICITLY: bread, alcohol, drinks based on carbohydrates (including the diet juices)

HOLD ON TO: water, unsweetened teas, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices and nonfat milk.

Any kind of drugs will not have harmful effects on you during this 7 Day Cleansing Diet.
