The primary aim south beach diet is too reduce 8-13 pounds in first two weeks. Highly rich carbohydrate food like baked goods, bread, grains and rice are avoided in this diet. This south beach diet is divided into three where some restricted food is used for testing. Low fat foods are included except cheese, milk and yogurt. Physical activity is not included in this diet.
