They did not know how to store and save food. All food was raw and fresh. It is not known if their meat was cooked.</p><p>People during this period did not farm, so they did not plant food. Grains were not a food for them. There were no foods with carbohydrates, except for fruits and berries, but those were only available when they were in season. Nowadays, most of our calories come from processed foods and grains. If we removed all grains and processed food from our diets, we would greatly reduce the amount of calories that we eat every day. This would greatly increase weight loss.</p><p>The only fats that these people ate were contained in meat and fish. There is proof that they ate all the fats in the meat of the animals that they caught. But, meats were less fatty during that time as animals were not fed grains.</p><p>Fish fats are healthy because they have no saturated fats. Animals fed in pastures would have acceptable levels of fats. Having that in mind <a
